5350e7669e Add ModuleDataType to/from string serialization. 
Add two new functions that leverage the RedisModuleDataType mechanism
for RDB serialization/deserialization and make it possible to use it
to/from arbitrary strings:

* RM_SaveDataTypeToString()
* RM_LoadDataTypeFromString()
