Summary

  • scaffold the monorepo with Next.js web, FastAPI API, generated contracts, and local DX tooling
  • implement the cafe MVP flow for settings, recipes, orders, inventory, and seeded demo data
  • fix the web container/runtime issues that caused API proxy failures and client chunk load crashes

  • corepack pnpm build
  • corepack pnpm test
  • uv run pytest
  • podman compose up --build -d web
